So after doing a robbery and accidentally falling off the monorail track, I respawned with 2 five sevens, one that had no mods, that I later found out I could hold without a mask. It seemed to be a graphical glitch for the short time I spent near people with it before I crashed, because it did no damage and had infinite ammo (-1 in mag), but was still rather weird.
