When admin arent in the server, kids like to cop hunt and kill people without reason because they have no punishment without admin.
If you could implement a vote to kick where people could kick people breaking rules when admin arent around, it would help the community as people that play when admin arent around would still have fun

- support. People will plane abuse this. If people are cop hunting when there are no admins on either record or take screenshots and post a player report. That's the most logical way to solve the issue.

People go through a process in order to gain access to powers that they can use accordingly. Also By doing this you would also be defeating the purpose of the administrator role in some ways. Let's say you don't like a player and you get all of you friends or buddys to vote to kick him. That is just one example of players abusing this. This is not includeing all of the other possible outcomes

It could always be a donator feature, that way if it's abused it can be revoked and the user can be punished. +/- Support idk how I feel about this.

The problem is that when there are no admins, it becomes a shitfest. A lot of the time making a player report is too long to get a person banned just for a few days. Lets say they were kicked. They can join back again and do the same things. Admins could also get kicked off as well. The idea sound good on paper, but it would so bad.

Making a player report takes a good amount of time (writing, uploading, getting steamids, etc)

If someone rejoins (and had enough votes to get kicked in the first place) then they hopefully stop, otherwise they can just get kicked again. It's better than not being able to do anything.

Admins would not be able to be kicked via votekick, I can also make it so votekick does not work if there is an admin on the server.

I personally support this because I have used it to great success in games like Insurgency and BF3

• What would be required number of people to vote where they can't abuse it, but just enough that they can get kicked.
  
• What will the punishment of falsely voting someone out?
  
• What would stop people from kicking for non-rule reasons?
  
• Will there be a cool down so no one spams the system? (Ex: A person is kicked, they come back, people vote to kick them again.)
  
• How would we prove a person's innocent when they are wrongly kicked, or accused of wrongly kicking a person.
  

To me it seems like even more issues would arise if the system is put in place. It may help to stop some, but others will abuse it.

Wasn't the whole reason this system was suggested was to stop rule breakers, but you just said it's fine if they want someone gone. What you just implied is that it is okay for players to kick ANYONE no matter what the reason is. People could join up, and kick someone they don't like, or kick someone who isn't even breaking the rules. If that is the case, now the people can kick who ever they like, but the staff can only kick rule breakers. Double standards.
